Beautifying your yard or other property can be fun, whether landscaping with trees and shrubs, building a goldfish pond or having a swimming pool installed. Whenever your plans include digging, call Louisiana One Call first to make sure buried wires or cables won't interfere with your plans. Any buried pipes, power lines or cables will be marked with paint so you can avoid cutting anyone's utility service. Disrupting utility services to your home or your neighbors is not only inconvenient, it can be dangerous to you or the workers involved in your project.

This service is free, but marking requires 48 hours notice. Utility companies throughout the state participate and cooperate with Louisiana One Call.
