A $50 connect fee and a $5 membership fee will be applied to your first month’s bill.
You will be required to pay a deposit. See deposit requirements by clicking here.
You must contact your local parish office to obtain proper permits prior to connection. You can find local parish permit office information here.
Upon receipt of this application, a SLEMCO account will be set within two business days. You will receive an email with your new account information. If additional information is needed, you will receive a phone call from a SLEMCO representative. If you do not receive an email from our office within two business days, please contact our Service Department at 337-896-5551.
After you receive your new account information, a SLEMCO representative will be in contact to meet with you.
